Month One: A Blur of Blue Bikinis, Post Office Runs, and So Much Gratitude
The first month of launching Azelie Swim has been everything—overwhelming, exciting, humbling, chaotic in the best way… and full of typos and website mistakes here and there (thanks to my friends who caught them before the rest of the world did).
We’ve had more orders placed than I ever imagined—like, truly more. Watching the blue colorway fly off the shelves (my personal favorite!) has been surreal. Some of you are already posting pics from your vacations wearing Azelie Swim as I type this. That’s the kind of full-circle moment I didn’t know would hit this hard.
Between packing orders, making multiple post office runs, and obsessively refreshing Shopify, I’ve been learning so much. For one: I need a printer. Printing packing slips at my building’s front desk or FedEx might have worked for the soft launch era of my life, but the printer-less hustle life isn’t sustainable long-term.
I’ve been editing the site constantly (shoutout to the friends who pointed out my little mistakes—it’s so helpful having another set of eyes). Every tiny fix feels like a step closer to building the brand experience I want for you. I love improving the details—packaging, web design, order flow. This brand is my baby and I want everything to feel good.
And maybe the biggest thing I’ve learned? How powerful it is to talk about the things you love. I’ve been having the best conversations with people on Instagram, TikTok, and just over text. Sharing what I'm building, hearing your thoughts, answering questions—it makes everything feel so alive.
This month has been a beautiful rush and a serious learning curve. And I already can’t wait for what’s next.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
xo,
Tiffany
